Elixir has been active in research field since 2002. Over the years, we have performed large scale and complex (in regards to sampling) surveys and have also dealt in the developmentof unique models for data analysis. Elixir has advanced tools, suited for all stages of research, our customers are accompanied by a seasoned team of researchers with a wide range of academic backgrounds and experience including: statistics, business management, marketing, organizational psychology, sociology, etc. Among the company’s team members one can find experts in quality control andsupervising as well as dozens of qualified interviewers who conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, phone interviews and face-to face interviews.
In each stage of the research, the customer is accompanied by the company’s professional team. Beginning with the planning stages and continuing through the compilation and design of the questionnaire, the planning of the sample and the choice of sample method, data processing and analysis and finally, in the presentation of a detailed report including conclusions and practical recommendations according to the purpose of the research and the client’s needs.

Research institute's CEO, a PhD. Graduate student at the Managements school of the University of Haifa, holding an honorary Masters degree in social studies from the University of Haifa (with the program for practical-social research at the department of sociology), and serves as an academic staff member and a research colleague at the Center for Organizational Research and for the Management of the Human Resource at Haifa University.
Areas of interest, expertise and teaching:
Research methods, organizational behavior, leadership and management and organizational learning. In the course of her work Dorit has developed advanced models enabling the forecasting of results due to decisive moves taken on the local and national level.
She took part in writing many professional articles and has presented papers in many conferences in Israel and abroad.
